Rich in flavonoids, this flower water strengthens the capillary system, thus reducing facial redness. It is ideal for sensitive and delicate skins. Applied as a compress, it reduces under-eye puffiness. Witch hazel water also soothes skins irritated by razor burn or depilation.
Usage: Only one spray on a cotton pad then apply. After opening, store in a cool place.
