United Kingdom: there is a delivery charge of:

• £3.50 on orders up to £30
• Free Delivery on all orders above £30

Should you require speedy delivery (Express in the option menu), we will dispatch the items through Royal Mail Special Delivery™ or courier and the delivery charge will be £7.00 on all orders

Orders received before noon will be delivered next day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products that meet your requirements. However, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original condition; for reason of hygiene, we cannot offer any refund on any opened product. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will refund your money in full, except the cost of delivery, using the same method by which you paid for them.

We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods that you return. We recommend that returns are sent by a "recorded signed for delivery" and that you obtain and retain a proof of posting as we cannot issue a refund until goods have been received by us.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods. Return postage for goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your own cost.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact info@ecobeautyshop.com within two days of receipt. We will advise on replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return.
